Like most small businesses, the idea for Roam was born of necessity. Living in the city, with limited space, and two very active twin toddlers, we were in need of indoor play solutions. We quickly fell in love with the look and functionality of wooden climbing structures; but not with the pricing and overseas sourcing of many of the leading sellers. So Graig, an avid woodworker, set out to create his own version of the Pikler Triangle and climbing arch. The result – hand-crafted play pieces built using locally-sourced materials and with safety and versatility in mind – continue to be a big hit with our little ones. We know your kids will love them too.
An investment in a Roam product is not only an investment in our family business, but also in the businesses of the local professionals we collaborate with for materials, labor, and more. Thank you for shopping small.
